Social sign-in providers: If you sign in using Google, Apple, or Facebook, we receive basic profile information from that provider, such as your name and email address. We do not receive your password for those services.

• Device information (device type, operating system, app version)

• Usage data (pages and screens viewed, features used, crash logs)
• Approximate location, where you grant permission, to support pickup arrangements

2.4 Payment information

Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers, such as Tap Payments and PayPal. Your card details are entered directly with the payment provider. We do not store your credit or debit card details on our servers.

We use your data to:

• Process, confirm, and manage bookings
• Communicate with you regarding your trip, including confirmations, pickup times, and updates
• Share booking details with the assigned Suppliers who deliver the service
• Provide customer support (available 24/7)

• Improve our Services, content, and user experience
• Prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

If you subscribe to our newsletter or agree to receive offers, we may send you marketing emails about Marsa Waves trips, destinations, and promotions.

You can opt out at any time by:

• Using the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email

Opting out of marketing does not affect service communications related to your bookings, which we will continue to send as needed.

• Tour Suppliers — to deliver the booked service (limited to the details needed to operate your trip)
• Payment providers (such as Tap Payments and PayPal) — to process payments
• Sign-in providers (Google, Apple, Facebook) — where you choose to use social sign-in
• Service providers — such as hosting, analytics, and communication tools that support the operation of our Services, under appropriate confidentiality obligations
• Legal authorities — when required by applicable law or a valid legal request

We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including secure servers, SSL encryption, and restricted access on a need-to-know basis.

12. Children's Privacy

Marsa Waves accounts and bookings may only be created by individuals aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts or make bookings.

However, adults may include minors as travellers within a booking (for example, family trips). In such cases:

• The adult making the booking confirms they are the parent or legal guardian of the minor, or have the guardian's authorization
• Traveller details of minors are used solely to operate the booked trip and meet safety and regulatory requirements
• We do not use minors' data for marketing purposes

Our Services may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

14. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including the Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020, without prejudice to any mandatory protections you enjoy under the laws of your country of residence.
